Full-Service Management

The majority of assets managed by GKV are invested in fixed income securities and common stocks, with approximately 7% of total assets in real-estate partnerships and loan syndications. As a full-service portfolio manager, we directly manage all client portfolios. We build a portfolio of publicly traded individual securities for each client in accordance with their investment objectives.

1. We do not direct assets to other money managers, mutual funds, or outside entities which incur additional fees for the client.

2. We do not sell to clients insurance related investments, such as annuities.

3. We do not invest client assets in specifically designed tax shelter investments.

GKV receives a predetermined investment management fee solely from its clients; it does not receive commission compensation or other outside fees.

We perform our own fundamental and technical research on individual companies, municipalities and industries and evaluate real-estate opportunities in-house.

Due to our relatively small size we are able to adjust to the market easily and will focus on growth or income, domestic or international securities, or particular investment sectors as necessary to meet the goals of each account. GKV portfolio managers rely upon and scrutinize investment research developed by Wall Street firms and a myriad of other investment sources.

GKV synthesizes investment information form multiple sources, both on and off Wall Street, in an effort to generate an unbiased view and expectation for each position we take in every portfolio.
